Friedemann Garvelmann

After his training as alternative practitioner at the Josef-Angerer-School in Munich from 1981 to 1984, Friedemann Garvelmann opened his surgery for naturopathy in Küssaberg-Kadelburg, where he worked from 1985 to 2016. 

His working basis is Traditional European Naturopathy (TEN), with the focus on constitutional medicine based on iris diagnostics, humoral medicine, healing plants medicine, traditional pharmaceutical therapy, auto-nosodes, detoxification and purification, paediatrics, acupuncture, and meridian therapy. Since 1988, he has been lecturer and instructor for training and advanced education in TEN in various institutions throughout the German-speaking world. 

In addition, he is a co-initiator of the Humores seminar ( and co-author of several books, e.g. "Naturheilkunde für Kinder" (, "Grundlagen der Traditionellen Europäischen Naturheikunde TEN" (,  "Humoralmedizinische Praxis: Band 1: Arbeitsgrundlagen der TEN, Band 2:  Praktische Arzneitherapie" (Bacopa).
